The county of Worth (Worth county) is a county of the Missouri to the the United States. The seat of the county is located at Grant City. The county was created in 1861 and was named in homage to the general William J. Worth who took part in the américano-Mexican war. With the census of 2000, the population consisted of 2.382 individuals.
