The county of Washington (English: Washington County ) is a county located in the east of the State of the Texas at the the United States. It is named in the honor of George Washington. The seat of the county east Brenham. According to the census of 2000, its population is of: 30373 inhabitants.
The county has a surface of: 1609 km ², of which: 1578 km ² on the terrestrial surfaces.
