County of Pettis
The county of Pettis (Pettis county) is a county of the Missouri to the the United States. The seat of the county is located at Sedalia. The county goes back to 1833 and was named in homage to the senator Spencer Darwin Pettis. With the census of 2000, the population consisted of 39.403 individuals.
