The county of Iron ( in Iron County in English) is located in the south-west of the higher peninsula of the State of Michigan, on the border with the State of the Wisconsin. Iron means Iron in English. Its seat is with the Ville of Crystal Falls. According to the census of 2000, population has is of: 13138 inhabitants.
