The county of Inverness is located at the east of the Cape Breton, in Nova Scotia.

Administration

The Chef-lieu is Port Hood. The Maire is Duart MacAulay and the mayor adjoitn is Ned MacDonald.

The villages are gathered in six various districts.

Culture

The culture dominating is Scottish. The area is also the site of a cultural hearth Acadien.
