County of Ingham

The county of Ingham ( Ingham County in English) is in the center of the lower peninsula of the State of Michigan. It shelters the Capitale State, the Ville of Lansing. Ironically, its seat is not in Lansing but with Mason. (Lansing is the only capital of State in to the the United States which is not also a seat of the county). According to the census of 2000, its population is of: 279320 inhabitants.
