The county of Fannin (English: Fannin County ) is a county located in the North-East of the State of the Texas at the the United States. It is named in the honor of James Fannin, a soldier of the Révolution texane. The seat of the county east Bonham. According to the census of 2000, its population is of: 31242 inhabitants.

The county has a surface of: 2329 km ², of which: 2309 km ² on the terrestrial surfaces.
