The Comté of Clinton is a American county of the State of Pennsylvania. With the census of 2000, the county counted: 37914 inhabitants. It was created on June 21st, 1839, starting from the counties of Center and Lycoming, and draws its name from seventh governor of the State of New York, DeWitt Clinton. The Siège of the county is located at Lock Haven.
