The county of Clear Saint English (: in Clear St County ) is a county the United States, located in the State of the Missouri. The seat of the county is located at Osceola. The county goes back to 1841 and it was named in homage to the general and governor Arthur Saint Clearly. With the census of 2000, the population consisted of: 9652 individuals.
