The county of Carroll (Carroll county) is a county of the Missouri to the the United States. The seat of the county is located at Carrollton. The county was created in 1833 and was named in homage to the founding father Charles Carroll off Carrollton. With the census of 2000, the population consisted of 10.285 individuals.
