County To bore
The county To bore is one of the 105 counties of the State of the Kansas, with the the United States, the border with the Oklahoma. Founded the 26 February 1867, it was named in homage to Thomas W. To bore, assassinated at the time of political disturbances with Lawrence in 1855.

Anecdote
The county was founded in an erroneous way under the name of “ county of Barbour ”, error rectified in 1883.
