The Pays of the South-Grésivaudan is located in the Département of Isere (38), between Grenoble and Valence.

The Communities of communes

This Territory, gathering 35.000 inhabitants, is structured within the Mixed trade-union Country of the South-Grésivaudan which federates three communities of communes:
  • the the Community of communes of Bourne in the Isere (of which the city center is Bridge-in-Royans),
  • the Communauté of communes of the Saint-Marcellin cheese country,
  • the Communauté of communes of Vinay.

Industrial dies and local initiatives

The South-Grésivaudan is a territory whose industrial dies are diversified: Agroalimentary, Plasturgie, Die wood, electrical equipment.

Natural heritage and tourist

The Country of the South-Grésivaudan comprises preserved landscapes and multiples between the hills of Chambaran and cliffs of the Massif of Vercors, a natural heritage, architectural history and, alive traditions, authentic products of the soil and tourist activities.
