Country Agriculture
The country agriculture is a concept of Agriculture which answers criteria at the same time of durability, of respect of the Environnement and social fabric. It is a vision which affirms that agriculture does not have that a role of production of foodstuffs, but has also a social role, environmental and of maintenance of the quality of the products. There does not seem to be schedule of conditions defining this concept clearly.
This concept is carried by various organizations such as the associations for the maintenance of a country agriculture, Via Campesina and the Peasant confederation.
