Bopomofo

Letters (final consonants and vowels) used for the alphabetical writing Bopomofo used like alternative to the ideographic writing Hanzi of the Chinese Languages, in particular like annotations facilitating the training of the characters. This alphabet is composed of the essential keys (simplified, which allows also a presentation in small characters of a good legibility) of the ideographic writing han, and was created according to a similar principle (simplified because of alphabetical nature) with that which was also before at the origin of the Japanese spelling-books Hiragana and Katakana.
