Note : normally diacritic vowel U+1B3E or U+1B3F must imperatively appear on the left of the basic consonant, and not on its line (if not that would cause serious problems of interpretation of the text to the reading). In the same way the diacritic U+1B40 and U+1B41 (derivatives of the two precedents by addition of a sign of lengthening) comprise two parts which must combine on the left and on the right basic letter.
