In 843, Capitulary of Coulaines: Charles the Bald person must grant to large kingdom the promise more to dislocate them of their loads nor to deprive them of the conceded goods (whereas dukes and counts were only civils servant before); he also promises with the Church more to strip it. The Féodalité is constitutionalized.
