The coucouron is a French cheese originating in the small village of Coucouron in Ardèche.

Manufactured containing cow's milk, one can meet reduced Coucouron, fat contents 25%, brick of Coucouron to the full-cream milk of cow, fat contents 50%, and also cheeses of the High plateau, with the milk good taste.
