Coucougnette
A coucougnette is a Confiserie made with Amande S, Almond paste and Chocolat. The coucougnette manufactured containing fresh almonds crushed with cane sugar, is mixed with grilled almonds caramelized with a brandy peel of Gingembre and a glassful of Armagnac. The heart of the coucougnette is a whole sweet almond roasted and coated with black chocolate great wine. It is rolled entirely to the hand and is soaked in raspberry juice to give him this color dew.
