Corydoras acrensis

Corydoras acrensis is a Poisson of fresh water originating in the east in the Brésil and, in particular, the area of Acre. It belongs to the family callichthyidés .

The wild specimens measure to the maximum 3 centimetres. On the other hand, the animals raised out of aquarium can reach 5 centimetres for the males and 5,5 centimetres for the females.

A close species, Corydoras trilineatus, is often confused with Corydoras acrensis . Moreover, certain scientists propose that Corydoras acrensis is a synonym of Corydoras trilineatus.
