Corpuscle of Pacini

The corpuscles of Pacini , discovered by Filippo Pacini, are receiving sensory made of encapsulated terminations located in-depth in the Derme of the Peau, which are sensitive to the pressures and the vibrations. It is a mechanoreceptor thus a exteroreceptor, person in charge of the touch. It detects the beginning and the end of a mechanical pressure (receiver ON/OFF). The site transducer and the generating site of this receiver are located in the same cell.
