Corner piece
A corner piece is a work of joinery or masonry forming the Encoignure embrasure of a bay.
In the Gothic style, one finds this element with the angles of the pink or the Rosace S forming of the openings of canopies decorated with openwork corner pieces.
A corner piece is also part of a Tapis which is located at the corners of the field.
