Corneil and Bernie and a Televised series of Animation French in 52 13 minutes episodes, created by Stephan and Emmanuel Franck and diffused starting from November 11th, 2003 on television on France 3.

Synopsis

Bernie is small a Chien happy but which hides a heavy secrecy: it can speak, read and count. It even proves to be an exceptionally gifted dog. Not wanting to become dog Guinea-pig in a laboratory, he prefers to conceal his astonishing capacities. But any rocker the day when its rich person owners, anxious to offer to their dog best lives, decide to engage Bernie Barges, a young eccentric teenager, like “dogsitter”. This one will not delay to discover the gift of Corneil and to make profitable this one to conclude the most eccentric plans.

Comments

There exists an english language version of the series, which is called Watch My Chops ( Regardez my lips , which is the slogan of Corneil) and which was a certain success in the Anglo-Saxon world. The principal differences are the following ones: Bernie lives with New York and Corneil has a English accent, Yorkshire precisely.
