Corey Taylor (born the December 8th 1973) is the principal singer of the group of Nu metal Slipknot as well as Stone Sour. It is called “The Sickness” or “Faith”. He is married since 2002 with Scarlett and he is the father of Griffin, Aravis and Angeline. He is one of the three leaders of Slipknot with Joey Jordison and Shawn Crahan; each member being chosen a number to be identified, it carries number 8.

Anecdotes

Its Dreadlocks was initially the proper hair of Corey, the mask being equipped with holes to let them pass so that it can sing. It cut them thereafter to stick them to the mask, and in finally kept only one.

Corey chooses a mask of mannequin used for the crash landing test S cars, but the mask was really uncomfortable, which obliged it to replace it by the famous mask dreadlocké making think of Leatherface, the killer of the series of films Massacre with the slicer . It is a leather mask representing a deformed face.

For vol. 3: (The Subliminal Pour) , it added with its mask of the zippers and removed the dreadlocks. The matter used to make the mask resembles burned skin.
