Corchaito
Fermín Muñoz Corchado there González known as “Corchaito” , born with Viso of los Pedoches (Spain, Province of Cordoue) the October 10th 1882, died with Carthagène (Spain, province of Murcie) the August 9th 1914, was a Spanish Matador.
Presentation
He starts in the life by holding a shirt manufacture with Cordoue, then launches out in the toreo and is presented in the form of a Novillero to Madrid the April 5th 1903 to the sides of “Mazzantinito” and “Cocherito of Bilbao”, vis-a-vis bulls of the Ganadería of Biencinto. On this occasion, it obtains sufficient success for then being made engage in all the Arènes of Spain. It takes the alternate in Madrid the September 8th 1907 with like godfather Vicente Pastor and witness Rafael “El Gallo”, vis-a-vis bulls of the ganadería of Murube.He was regarded by his contemporaries as courageous, sympathetic nerve and was equipped with a great direction of the honor, but matador little inspired and not very talented, which condemned it to a career in half-tone.
August 9th, 1914, in the arenas of Carthagène, it is seriously wounded by the bull “Distinguido” of the ganadería of Gift Felix Gomez. He dies a few moments later with the infirmary of the arenas.
