Corbinian Böhm

Corbinian Böhm , born with Munich (Germany) in 1966, is a German artist .

Biography

Corbinian Böhm has five brothers and sisters, one of his/her brothers is the extremist of alpinism skiing Benedikt Böhm. After its Abitur with the College Assam in Munich, Corbinian Böhm studied the Histoire of art to the Université Louis-and-Maximilien Munich up to 1990. Afterwards, it made a training of sculptor and made his studies of sculpture to the Académie of the fine arts of Munich at Hans Ladner, Pia Stadtbäumer, Antony Gormley, Timm Ulrichs, Asta Gröting and Rita McBride.

Since 1995 he works with Michael Gruber under alias the Empfangshalle.

In 2000 it has graduate with the rank " Meisterschüler" (~ university degree of the fine arts).
