Coordination Handicap Autonomy
Coordination Handicap Autonomy (CHA) is an association having for objective to help the people heavily handicapped and dependant in their administrative tasks and the everyday life.
Its intervention allowed the installation and the vote by the government of the Loi handicap of 2005.
