Cookies rolled oats and grapes dry
Ingredients
For approximately 3 dozen cookies:
-
125 G of Butter (1/2 cup)
- 1 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of Molasses
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup of flour
- 1 Spoon with coffee of salt (less if you use salted butter)
- 1 spoon with coffee of Bicarbonate of soda
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cup of dry grapes
Receipt
In a large bowl, to mix butter, sugar, the molasses and eggs.
-
If you do not find molasses, use 3/4 of cup of Vergeoise or Cassonade, or 1 cup of white sugar and 3/4 of cup of very dark brown sugar and with the very marked taste, brown sugar kind of Madagascar or will demerara.
When the whole is well mixed, powder the flour, salt and the bicarbonate while mixing progressively.
Lastly, add rolled oats and the grapes dry. Take care that the latter are well distributed.
Make heat the furnace with 160° C (HT. 5/6 in the French furnaces). On a covered paper cooking plate, distribute the soup spoons of paste by drawing aside them from 5 cm.
Put at furnace 10 to 12 minutes. Withdraw as soon as the cookies start to color. Let cool on paper, then detach the cookies. When they are quite cold, you can put them in a tight box.
They remain good several days, but are with the signal when they have just cooled.
