Convey State
The car State , called by the travellers Cage with hens because of its multiple windows, is a type of Voiture of railroad.
These cars had of a frame with axles considered indestructible (which justified to them modernization in the Années 1950), and a case out of wooden covered with sheet metal equipped with doors for each compartment. These cars were built between 1902 and 1927 for the Compagnie of the railroads of the West (later built-in by the Compagnie of the state railways) to circulate in bus service and sometimes, for certain oars, in broad outlines . 488 of them were modernized of 1952 with 1961 by replacement of the case by a new metal case with a central access by face. It does not remain about it any more that some specimens in the version of origin (ACF has with the Deposit-museum of Bridge-Erambourg of the one enters).
