Convention of Bamako
The Convention of Bamako , coming into effect on March 20th 1996, adopted under the aegis of the Organization of African Unity prohibits the importation in Africa of Déchets dangerous and radioactive coming from noncontracting Parts, it subjects the movements to the center African continent with a system close to the procedures of the Convention of Basle.
