Controguerra Cabernet
The Controguerra Cabernet is an Italian wine of the area the Abruzzi equipped with a name DOC. since August 20th, 1996. Only to DOC. the red wines collected inside the surface of production defined by the decree are entitled. The authorized vineyards are located in Province of Teramo in the communes of Controguerra, Torano Nuovo, Ancarano, Corropoli and Colonnella.
The red wine of the Cabernet type answers a schedule of conditions less demanding than the Controguerra Cabernet riserva, primarily in relation to ageing and the alcohol content.
Organoleptic characteristics

- savor : dry, tannic, harmonic
The Controguerra Cabernet is tasted at a temperature ranging between 15 and 17°C. It will keep 2 - 4 years.
