Contract subject to payment
A contract makes subject to payment, is a contract in which the value of the service which a part must carry out is represented by the value of the service that the other must provide. This contract subject to payment is opposed to the Bare contract. It can be a question for example of the sale, hiring, the loan with interest, etc
