Constitution of Berlin

The Constitution of Berlin of November 23rd, 1995 ( of Verfassung von Berlin vom 23. November 1995 , VvB) is the adopted Constitution Land of Berlin on June 8th, 1995 by the House of Commons, ratified by Référendum the October 22nd according to and promulgated the November 23rd. It replaced the preceding constitution which dated of September 1st, 1950 and which, while having claim to apply to the whole city, applied until the Réunification only to West Berlin.

It includes/understands 101 articles divided into nine sections, and was revised nine times until 2006.
