Conrad Black

The very honourable Conrad Moffat Black , the baron Black de Crossharbour, C.P., O.C (August 25th 1944 with Montreal, Canada) is a tycoon, a Financier and a British Biographe whose activities take place mainly with the Canada, with the the United States and in Great Britain. Biography

When the tycoon Bud McDougald died, it took the control of its Holding Argus Corporation in a riding way. The activities of the group were directed then towards the press.

Black launched the Toronto-native daily newspaper the National Post in October 1998. At the summer 2000, CanWest Global bought the newspapers of the press group Hollinger, of which the Montreal Gazette and the Ottawa Citizen .
