Congress of Toulouse
Conversion with social democracy is consolidated with the congress of Toulouse (11 with the October 13rd 1985), which is that of the triumph of Laurent Fabius and of the hopes of Michel Rocard.
Jacques Delors speaks about “small a Bad Godesberg” of the French Socialist party, in reference to the congress of SPD (left social democrat German) in 1959, when the party had given up the doctrines of Class struggle and had adapted its theory to the practice (assumed reformism).
