Conflict of interests

A conflict of interest is a situation in which a person having a position of trust, such as a lawyer, a politician, a framework or a leader of Entreprise, has professional interests or personnel in competition. Such interests in competition can put it in difficulty to achieve its task with Impartialité. Even if there is no proof of acts prejudicial, a conflict of interest can create an appearance of indelicacy suitable for undermine the Confiance in the capacity of this person to be acted correctly at her station.
