Condat-on-Vienna
Condat-on-Vienna ( Condat , i.e. “confluent”, in Occitan) is a common French, located in the department of the High-Vienna and the area the Limousin. Its inhabitants is called Condatois.
Initially rural commune, it becomes gradually residential suburbs of Limoges, through the construction or the extension of many allotments (the Fir plantation, Top-of-Condat, etc) which on the basis of Limoges and of Isle, extend until Chambon, on the heights of Solignac.
For as much, it knew to keep a pastoral charm, and Veyrinas, Peyreleine are the occasion of pleasant and shaded walks on small roads bordered of wood and meadows. Agriculture condatoise rests mainly on the breeding with meat (cows limousines, Agneau baroness of the Limousin), following the example major part of the Limousin.
Geography
It is a city of the agglomeration of Limoges, on the Vienna. It is also bordered by the Briance (which draws its name from its gold bearing water).This place is served by the line STCL:
