Compartiment killers is a Film French carried out by Costa-Gavras and left in 1965.

Synopsis

Momentary of a coach-berth of Marseilles-Paris is found strangled. Then several of the other occupants of this compartment are assassinated. The police force manages to solve this hank and after a track race in Paris the culprit commits suicide.

Comment

Discovering the book “ Compartment killers ” of Sebastien Japrisot, Costa-Gavras wrote a scenario of it and succeeds in interesting in it the producer Julien Derode; the film had success in France and even with the the United States, where it accepted dithyrambic criticisms.

It had met Simone Signoret and Yves Montand on the turning of the film the Day and the Hour of Rene Clément, for which it had worked as assistant.
