The company of knowledge:

partly takes again the concept of Société of information, indicating a company in which spreads the diffusion and the use of Information S and which is based on Technologies information and communication (TIC) at low cost.

more largely stresses, not on flows of information and the networks which support them, but on the To know, the expertise, the Créativité, the Innovation, the Connaissance. The vision is thus more human even if this company of knowledge is carried by a technical development .

is also interested in the impact, considered increasingly crucial (economy of the knowledge), of the creation and diffusion of knowledge on the Economic development, via the economic Intelligence in the Entreprise S and the territories.

Within this framework, the strategy of Lisbon indicates a major axis of the economic policy and development of the European Union stopped at the European Council of Lisbon in March 2000.

The European Council of Lisbon thus laid down an strategic objective aiming at making European Union “the economy of the most competitive knowledge and most dynamic of the world from here at 2010, capable of a durable economic growth accompanied by a quantitative and qualitative improvement of employment and by a greater social cohesion”.

According to Jean-Yves Prax, expert in Knowledge management (Knowledge management), the Information is a collection of Données organized to give form to a message. The Knowledge on the contrary imply the man carrying three ways:

It is integrated in the personal system of Représentation,
It is activable according to a finality,
It is related to a search for Vérité at the prone .

Some consider that the concepts of company of information, even of knowledge recover in fact little thing.
