Company of installation of the slopes of Gascogne
The company of installation of the slopes of Gascogne is a Société of French mixed economy created in 1960 with an aim of regional development. It is in charge of a general mission of control of the Eau - for which it is dealer of the State - and of rural development in the two administrative areas Aquitaine and the Midday-Pyrenees.
It develops also, and more and more, its know-how on the commercial plan by proposing its services of Ingénierie and council in the competitive sector.
Its many references in France and to international are worth to him a reputation of serious and impartiality.
Company name
Company of installation of the slopes of Gascogne (CACG), a company for the regional development of the Great South-west: Midday-Pyrenees area (since 1960) and Aquitaine region (since the beginning 2000)
Establishment
Sit at Tarbes (Hautes-Pyrénées), with:
-
two important antennas with Toulouse - Auzeville (in the complex INRA) and with Bordeaux;
- several agencies in the zone of activity (31: Merville and Isle-in-Dodon, 47: Bruch, 65: Castelnau-Magnoac, 82: the Verdun-on-Garonne…) ;
- and an economic network of operations managers in the 13 departments concerned.
Statutes
Public limit company of mixed economy, the CACG is at the same time:
- public limit company by actions, of right and management private,
- company of regional development (SAR), dealer of the State.
Authorized capital
Two million euros distributed between:

the territorial collectivities concerned (area S and departments), majority,
- of the agricultural professional organizations (Room of agriculture, Trade union S…)
- of the financial institutions (CDC, Savings bank, Agricultural credit…)
- various small Shareholder S (natural persons, Work's council…).
