Community Agency
Definition
A arranges Community is:- a European statutory body,
- distinct from the Community institutions (the Council, Parliament, Commission, etc)
- having a clean legal personality.
It is:
- created by a Community act of derived right
- in order to fill a task:
- of technical nature,
- scientific
- of quite specific management
- within the framework of the “first pillar” of the European Union.
