Commune of Kiruna
The common of Kiruna (in Same Bosom , in Finnish Kiiruna or Kieruna ) is a commune of Sweden in the Comté of Norrbotten. 23 254 people live there. Its seat is with Kiruna.
The commune of Kiruna more in north and are extended from Sweden. Its surface is such as it until more than eight times larger than some counties of the south of the country. Actually, on the 21 counties of Sweden, only those of Västra Götaland, Dalarna, Jämtland, Västernorrland and of course of Norrbotten of which it forms part are larger.
The commune is brood in the middle of a varied landscape of forests, moors, glaciers, tundra and high mountains. The peak Kebnekaise, highest of Sweden, culminates with 2111 meters with the borders of the commune.
