Common Grounds

Common Ground is a series of comics created by Troy Hickman in 2004, originally published by Top Cow in the United States and translated by Delcourt into France, in two-monthly the Top Comics .

Synopsis

Innovative and intelligent series, at least compared with the whole of the current production of Signal Cow, it is based on the idea that there exists a chain of fast-food, named Common Grounds, where can meet “supermen” and “malicious” the time of a coffee, between two engagements.

The whole is told with humor and originality, each number including/understanding a history (during 10-12 pages instead of the 22 usual ones in comics, each number by gathering two or three) drawn by daN Jurgens, the remainder being ensured by one or more draftsmen invited the number of which George Perez, Carlos Pacheco,…

Leading life

The series stopped at the end of six numbers, the scenario writer not having more stories to tell, but are promised to return there.
