Commission of the private copy

In France, the commission of the private copy called also commission known as of the article L 311-5 of the code of the intellectual property, and more commonly known today under the name of commission of Albis (of the name of its rapporteur) is an emanation of the law Lang of July 3rd, 1985 creates at the time with an aim of remunerating the authors, the artists interpreters and the producers of sound records or videograms to the title of the reproduction of their works for a private use.
