  • to check their wishes and Besoin S realities (phase of listening),
  • to propose the to them produced S and service S corresponding (phase of Proposition),
  • to expose all the benefit to them that they will find there (phase of argumentation),
  • to specify the methods of acquisition to them and to make them decide this one (phase of Achat),
  • to make them sign a purchase order.
