Commercial (trade)
A commercial (a commercial ) is a person whose trade is related to the sale.
The commercial ones work in collaboration with the Marketing. After this service determined the targeted categories of customer S (see Segmentation marketing), their waitings, the commercial ones take Contact S with the potential customers for
- to check their wishes and Besoin S realities (phase of listening),
- to propose the to them produced S and service S corresponding (phase of Proposition),
- to expose all the benefit to them that they will find there (phase of argumentation),
- to specify the methods of acquisition to them and to make them decide this one (phase of Achat),
- to make them sign a purchase order.
