Commander White
The Commander White is a character of the Manga Dragon Ball .
History
It is one of the chiefs of the Armée with Red Ribon. It controls an area of the Far North hidden under snow. Like the other members of the army he seeks the Dragon Balls. He must deal with His Gokû which attacks its General headquarter, the Muscle Tower, in order to deliver the mayor of a village which is retained there as an hostage.
The commander White attends the progression of His Gokû through the various stages of the tower. It is not a very good combatant and it is easily overcome by Gokû. It makes mine then go but it takes the mayor as an hostage then car on His Gokû in the back, sending it to the carpet. That causes the fury of C-8 which strips direct to him surpuissant, sending it valser to far and probably killing it. Actually, Its Gokû leaves finally unscathed the ball which touched it.
