In right, a command is an act of Huissier by which the debtor person of an amount of money or an obligation is summoned to be carried out.

There are several kinds which differ according to their objective:

command to pay : to incite a person to pay her debts. This command is an obligatory precondition when it is a question of then asking the expulsion of a tenant who does not pay his rent. In the other case, it constitutes a Injunction.
command to make : to oblige a person to fill one of her obligations
command to leave the places: to invite a person to leave the housing which it occupies after a judgment of expulsion was given in its opposition
