Rimbach-près-Masevaux is a common French, located in the department of the Haut-Rhin and the area Alsace. Its inhabitants is called Rimbachois.
Geography
History
The name comes from the divinity of the Scandinavian Mythologie Rind, wife of Odin and the German Bach (river). The village belongs to the counts de Ferrette then of 1324 to 1648 with the family of the Habsbourg.
