Comic Duet
A comic duet is a couple of characters, actors or Humoriste S, formed with an aim of making laugh the public. By extension, one can name comic duet a couple of involuntary protagonists (ex: “ These two politicians form a very good duet comique ”).
Structure
A comic duet is often structured on the same model, following the example spectacles of Clown S: one is the majestic , the other the white clown .-
the white clown is the serious, intelligent and rational character.
- the majestic one is rough, outrageous and disordered.
The white clown has ascending on the majestic one, it dominates it. But it is at the same time its to make-valoir : it is the majestic one which is the true high-speed motorboat, that which starts the laughter with the final one. The majestic one can also be related with the that freudien (the animal and disorganized impulse), while the white clown represents the Surmoi (the interdict, the law).
