Comcast
Comcast Corporation () is an American group of media whose seat is located at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Comcast is the first American cable television operator. Comcast has also interests in consumer electronics and television channels.
Comcast was created in 1963 by Ralph J. Roberts, Daniel Aaron and Julian A. Brodsky.
In 2002, Comcast repurchased AT&T Broadband (division cable television of AT&T, becoming thus the first American cable television operator.
In 2005, Comcast is the majority shareholder of the television channels by cable Comcast-Spectacor, Comcast SportsNet (Chicago, Philadelphia, Sacramento and agglomeration of Washington/Baltimore), E! Entertainment Television, Style Network, G4, The Golf Chanel and Outdoor Life Network.
Comcast currently builds in Philadelphia, one scrapes sky which will be largest of the city, named Comcast Center (Philadelphia)
