Color of the ribbon

The color of the ribbon bent on the Gibus indicates the age of the Conscrit caladois:

  • Green: 20 years

  • Yellow: 30 years
  • orange: 40 years
  • red: 50 years
  • Blue: 60 years
  • Purple: 70 years
  • Blue-white-red: 80 years
  • blue, white, red plus an edging gold: 90 years or more

In the smallest communes, the 10 year old children also ravel them, with a ribbon Blanc. To these sweeping categories the are added , class the 19 years, whose members carry a brush of straw in order to sweep the 20 years class, as well as the feeding-bottles (18 years class).

In other areas where the tradition of the Conscrit S exists, it y' does not have distinction and this ribbon is Blue-white-red for all the class S.
